Slack DM's end up in wrong conversation
DM's from freshdesk to slack are not arriving in my personal channel.
They end up in a private conversation with another user, so he receives and can read my freshdesk notifications too.

Do you think you can share us with the info on how you have set the notification up and also a few samples of cases where it went to other users, so that we could check this out.
