Here are some of the significant feature enhancements and bug fixes that were shipped on 05 October 2016.

- SLA for Service Requests based on Service Items and Service Categories
- Bug fixes, general tweaks and performance enhancements
SLA for Service Requests based on Service Items and Service Categories
New conditions have been added to define SLAs based on service item/category of items present in a service request. For example, you can now define different SLAs for an Employee Onboarding request and a request for a software application(e.g. Microsoft Office 2016).
