Repeating 3 Day Warning

The three day old ticket warning is sending repeatedly for all tickets that are over 3 days, every hour. Is there a way to have this only happen once a day?

Looks like you have setup the reminder using a supervisor rule . By default, Supervisor rules are executed once in every one hour and hence the tickets matching the condition will be actioned upon. You can include a logic wherein it checks for greater than 3 hours and less then 5 hours so that the ticket satisfies the supervisor condition only once .
