Bug in Time Reporting - SERIOUS ISSUE

Total time across page, does not match the time down the page.


Across top of page - total hours tracked 6.58

Time down page - 6.35 



This is serious issue and I will be unable to correctly charge my customer with this

Really sorry for the inconvenience caused. This is probably due to any of the running timer(s) on the tickets . Let me run through the logs and update you on the behaviour asap.

I have verified this with the dev team here and it looks like this certainly isn't an issue with the data but with the inclusion of different time denominations in the report. 


The Time tracked value (6.58 hours)  is calculated on HOURS format whereas the one below is calculated as HOURS:MINUTES ( 6:35 - 6 HOURS and 35 MINUTES ) . Hope this is clear.

Errr this looks like a BUG then, it should the the SAME format surely :-)

I have filed this as a  bug request , Mark. Should be the same format across the report but just wanted to let you know that the data is correct :)
