Create ticket reply as customer
I am currently integrating freshdesk to a sms system. I can create a ticket using a specific email like 'smsId@mycompany.com' to identify the customer and create a reply as agent.
However, I got an error with message "There is no active email_config matching the given from_email" when I try to create reply with "from_email" which using the email format above. And what I would like to achieve is create a reply as a customer (or similar), is it possible?

I too am faced with this error while trying to reply to my own ticket.
Any help is appreciated.
