Additional info in activities when logging a ticket
Currently the activities log does not show the initial state of the ticket when it is submitted. For example: John Doe submitted the ticket for Jane Doe

There is no way of checking after a period of time if the ticket was logged with high or low priority, to which group it is assigned and with which status.
could this be added to the activities log?
