Duplicate DKIM records Freshdesk and Freshsales

At our company we use freshdesk and freshsales.

Both use the same domainname.

When we try to setup the dkim records there is an issue that both systems use the same records, but with different values.

Anybody found a solution for this?

Hi Pepijn.


If you have currently added M1. record on Freshdesk. I would suggest to remove it and add it to Freshsales. Then send an email to Freshdesk support to make S1 and S2 records primary, This should solve the problem.
