Freshdesk release notes for 8th May, 2017

New Features (2):


  • Email delivery failure notification: Enhancement to handle email delivery failures for agent replies and forwards including sending notifications to agents, showing error logs and configuring follow up actions on the observer (this feature is being released in phases)
  • Ability to filter search results on tickets (this feature is being released in phases) 


Enhancements (1) :


  • Ticket Lifecycle report: Find out how much time your tickets spend in each group or status to understand and improve helpdesk efficiency (this feature is currently in private beta and can be enabled on request)



Bug Fixes (2):
  • Bugfix related to callers not being able to view public call notes
  • Bugfix related to blocking customer portal access on suspended accounts
