Company contact to create ticket through curl

Hi all,


I am trying to integrate create ticket into my program.

If I try to use curl + admin account/password to do create ticket or list all ticket, the operation is done successfully.


However, if I use curl + contact account/password to do the same, it will return

  "code": "access_denied",

  "message": "You are not authorized to perform this action."

}


This contact account/password can login to web and create ticket without issue.

Does freshdesk api support contact operation from curl?


Or what should I do?

Basically, I want to have contact accounts be created by admin first. And the this contact account can login to my app and do create ticket or do list my tickets operation in app.
