When the correspondence associated with the card includes pictures or screenshots, within the email I do not see the same pictures.

You do not see images in automatic emails coming out of a system. For example, when I reply to a card and attach a picture, I do not see the picture in an automatic e-mail that goes out to the user.

In general, the automatic e-mails are pre-configured ( you can configure some images in these templates ) but for any reply that is manually typed out by the agent, he/she should be able to see the images either inline or as attachments on the ticket page.

Hello, I have the same problem.

I have replied to a ticket pasting few screenshots to explain better.

Contacts couldn't see the inline pictures that appeared in outlook like red cross square (no link, no alternative text...)


Can you please help, there is any setting I should consider?
