Freshdesk release notes for 26th May 2017

New Features (1):



  • The Mail Delivery Failure Notification feature is now available in all Freshdesk accounts across plans



Bug Fixes (2):


  • Bug fix related to agents being able to create new scenarios with all or group scope even when they don’t have supervisor or admin privileges
  • Bug fix related to timeouts caused by large html content in incoming emails

Hi what will happen now in case of Mail delivery failure notification? will it be appended to the ticket?
