Follow-Up tag in ticket list
We have some...forgetful...users. We will ask them a question and set the ticket to pending. Weeks later they still haven't responded.
We created a Supervisor rule to re-open old Pending tickets, but it would be nice to also see a tag on the ticket, akin to the "Response Due"/"Requester Responded"/etc tags that said "Follow Up". This tag could be set based on a setting or Supervisor rule.
