Verified User Unable to Reset Password
We have a verified user who clicked on the Forgot Password link. He never received an email yet he was automatically logged into Freshdesk. This cannot be expected behavior since he doesn't know what his password is.
The user might already have an active session on the browser . The "Forgot Password" trigger doesn't prevent the usage of old password . I'll convert this into a support ticket to troubleshoot the reason for the missing email.
