tocket links seem broken in emails
when I get an email the ticket link is not clickable. it is just text,and not a link. This means I now have to copy paste the ticket link, into my browser. this used to work fine. This started a few months ago, and I thought you guys would notice it and sort it out, but it is still there and getting a bit irritating.
That shouldn't happen ideally as we are also dependant on the email links and they seem to work absolutely fine for us . I've converted this topic into a support ticket for further troubleshooting,Paul.
Issue: When URL is added as text ,the link sent in the agent notifications are not clickable in office 365
Reason: Looks like microsoft doesn’t identify and parse URL automatically like gmail. So the URL’s were not clickable
Fix: Add URL option in the reply template was suggested to fix the issue
