Canned resposnes formatting doesn't work


when one of our agents tried to set up new canned response - by copying the formatted response from a text editor - the formatting did not copy and all she could past was plain text.

She is the only one in our company having this problem - she is using the same web browser as the others so I have no idea what could be the problem.

Is there any way to fix this?

The user had several images that weren't available publicly. Uploading them in the signature worked!
