Freshdesk release notes for 17th December, 2017
- Follow Team Huddle discussions to be notified of every new message in the discussion. Notifications will be sent in-app and via email. Learn more about follow.
- Improved Highlight and Annotate experience - users can now highlight only when the discussion window is open. The highlight can also be turned off when the window is open as required.
- Top Customer Analysis report can now be filtered by agent and group fields.
- Bug fix related to a caller being redirected to voicemail even before any agents are rung.
- Bug fix related to an agent receiving a call when they were already on another call.
- Fixed a bug where ringing time that shows up on call logs/export was adding up cumulatively and not showing up the right ringing time.
- Bug fix related to multiple emails going out for scheduled ticket lifecycle report.
