Freshdesk release notes for 31st January, 2018
- Increased attachment size limits to 20MB on Blossom and higher plans. Sprout and Trial accounts get up to 15 MB of attachments.
Bug fixes (4):
- Bug fix related to relevant link not showing up on adding a solution article for Insights.
- Reply and Forward templates can be altered even if the account is not activated during the trial period.
- New ticket form in the customer portal displays the incorrect email address on loading and then changes (visible to the end user).
- Bug fix related to non-functional portal name placeholder in email notification templates.
