Delays in notification system
I rely on the notification system in FreshDesk. Since a few days I notice that these are delayed by some 4 hours, both notifications on the desktop and the app. This is a nuisance as we see an email coming in, resolve it, then get a notification a few hours later but the ticket has already been answered.
It also means that when we don't check the dashboard we are not immediately aware a ticket has been raised.
Am I the only one with this issue?
It is true that we had some issues with the deliverability of the in-app notifications. The team has pushed out a fix on production and now you'd be receiving notifications seamlessly.
