E-mail lost - ticket created
We have huge problems, we started noticing that e-mails forwarded to the designated Freshdesk delivery address are LOST sometimes.
We have verified that all the lost e-mails are 100% delivered to Freshdesk, but the ticket was NOT created.
E-mail data of a case:

... and the ticket is nowhere!
Please tell us what happened.
A Quick search on the logs indicate that the aforementioned email was created as a ticket with id #262. Can you please check the spam folder in Freshdesk and see if you're able to locate this ticket?
