agent activation email not being received

Hi


Several of our agent activation emails aren't being received. 


We're using google apps, we've checked the trash, the spam, we've checked the routing logs, nothing. 


We've clicked  till our fingers are cracked and sore. 


Any ideas why we aren't getting them? Can someone at FD HQ send one for me?
