Generic Vendor Helpdesk Integration
It would be nice for FreshService to generically integrate with various other vendor helpdesk systems.
Often, we will need to contact a vendor to fix a Ticket or Problem. Doing this requires us to submit an email out-of-band to the vendor, and track it manually in our email.
It would be nice to have a generic module which could submit trouble-tickets to various vendors and track the communication with them in-band with the original Ticket or Problem.
