Unable to login after activating my account
I am unable to login even after activating my account through the link that you emailed me.
My freshdesk URL is: https://madevfxhelp.freshdesk.com

Quickly glanced through your support ticket and it looks like the link that you'd received was the activation link for your access @ the freshdesk support portal ie. https://support.freshdesk.com.
Your account - https://madevfxhelp.freshdesk.com/ has been suspended due to the fact that the trial period is over. Would you like to chat with your account manager?
Yes. Because, I want to continue as free member
If the account is downgraded to the free plan (the trial starts on the Estate plan with advanced features), you'd lose quite a few features and customisations. You can see the feature differences across the plans here. Do you still wish to proceed with the switch?

The account has been re-activated and sprout plan subscribed.
I have tried to login now, but its still showing your account is temporarily blocked
my problem is not solved yet
Can you please refresh the screen and see if you're able to access the account now?
@Leatha, You can login to your helpdesk (ronnienleatha1962.freshdesk.com) and choose the plan in the Admin -> Plans and Billing section.
