Release notes - 14th August 2018
- The file size limit for attachments across the product has been increased to 25MB. Attachments more than 30MB in size will be dropped from outgoing emails.
When marking a ticket as spam, the agent can choose to block the requester as well, which will place the requester under the "Deleted Requester" list. This way an agent who does not have access to deleting requesters was still be able to delete the requester when marking a ticket as spam. This has now been fixed.
- When a user fills in a date (say 15th Aug) in a service request form, while editing any of the custom fields of the Service Request, the date in the service request would automatically change to previous date (14th Aug). This bug is fixed now.
