Marketplace SDK Enhancements:
- Introducing support for Paid Apps in Freshservice Marketplace.
- Editing ticket details such as description and requester details is now simpler. The ticket edit page has been deprecated and agents agents will be able to quickly edit the ticket description and requester details from the ticket page itself.
- The Requester (Contacts in MSP mode) list view has been refreshed to make it easier to navigate the default views and also extend the ability to sort and view the employee names and take necessary actions, individually or via bulk actions.

When trying to sort the contacts in the new list view it only sorts the contact that are in that list of 50 contacts. the next page is not sorted. The same issue appears in the agent view. when sorting the agent on their last active date it only sorts the first page. when going to page 2 the list is not sorted. This causes issues when checking which agents have not logged in for a long time. you have to check every page and sort it in order to find inactive agent accounts.
