Ticket type change problem
When I trying to change ticket type to Request it's always giving an error:
Oops! The value is invalid. Please pick another one.
But I selected a value actually. I think there is a problem there. It's only happening with Request status and I always changing that status on ticket list page for now.
I'm glad if anyone know the reason that.

Thanks for posting this on the community. This is an existing bug where ticket fields/values with trailing spaces get saved and when you try to update the properties on a ticket with these values, it throws an error. We're fixing this bug in the upcoming release and you'll no longer see this happening for fields created post the fix.
However, this fix wouldn't apply for the existing fields. Our support team will reach out to you via email to fix your issue with the Request status.
