I can´t see any report, I've already created a lot of tickets and solve them, but when I try to see the they appear empty.

Looks like a very sporadic issue from the hindsight. We haven't received widespread complaints regarding this but a very few have complained that they're not able to see the report data.
I've requested the team to look into this issue and you can expect an update soon!
We've managed to fix the temporary glitch that prevented the data sync in your reports. Can you please check if you're able to see the data now?
The reports are still empty, also the today's trends section and insights are empty
