Activation mails not sent
When a new customer registers his account via the portal they don't get an activation email/password email ... Nothing ?
Anybody any idea? I'm on the free plan for now.
Our spam monitoring service automatically blocks the outgoing emails for an account if there's something suspicious or if the domain hasn't been verified. Also, there's a certain threshold of tickets that need to be in the helpdesk to activate the email notification service. Last I checked, your account had just 8 tickets, which might be lesser than the threshold set.
Can you please try creating a few more tickets and then see if the notifications are getting through as expected?
