How to add a new user to the ticket via API?

Hi, support, 

I'd like to know is there any way how we can add a new user for the conversation in the separate ticket and update this data?

Right now, all users on the ticket are added as cc_email. I haven't found such an option in the API. Could you suggest some approach how we can update this field, please?
