Default Ticket Sort Options
I'd like to be able to sort tickets in a number of ways that are not available at the moment.
1. Sort by Ticket Number
2. Sort by Due By Date - This is super important to be able to manage SLA's
3. Ability to customise my sort filter for any field in the ticket

Thanks for the feedback, Crede. We have added this to our backlog. I shall update this thread when we are closer to picking this up.
