Add workflow capability to Employee Onboarding transactions
The new Employee Onboarding transaction is great. However, I'd love to be able to build workflow automations based on data entered by HR and/or the Hiring Manager.
For example, if the Hiring Manager indicates that a specific piece of hardware is needed by the new employee, I'd like to open a ticket for setting that up.

Additional info: I also need to be able to insert placeholders (for example, start date) into the tickets subjects created by the Employee Onboarding transaction.
This is definitely needed as currently Employee On-boarding is a downgrade to the current functionality available.
We just continue to user regular service items for Employee on-boarding and terminations.
Yes this would be greatly needed to create automated emails as well.
