Tags field in Problem/Change/Release
I have the same request that this one: https://support.freshservice.com/support/discussions/topics/306056 but for Tags.
As there is a "Tags" field in tickets, can there be a "Tags" field for changes/problems/releases ?
It would help us in uniquely identifying and querying the releases and keep a track of all the versions of a particular category/form/report/alert etc.
