Conditional Form Fields
Form Fields that appear/hide depending on the Agent/Group.
E.G Users in Group 1 require a custom field to completed before ticket is resolved, but can't set the field as Mandatory as users in Group 2 don't use the same field.
This would allow greater flexibility to how different agent groups work on different ticket types.
