More and more frequently we are getting the message "We're sorry, but something went wrong.  We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly."

I'm current running the standard report and have selected tickets by Customer and Time Frame.  When I select ticket 73257 or 72288 I get this message.

If I do a direct search on ticket 73257, the ticket is retrieved and can be displayed without any problems.


Please advise on how to get this fixed.

@Mitch This error message is generally displayed when there's a network issue or due to cache-cookies. Please check if you face this in an Incognito window or different browsers as well.
