Introducing the new Scheduling Dashboard, Customer Signatures and mobile Time Tracking

New Features:

Scheduling Dashboard: Available as part of the Field Service Management module, you can use the new Scheduling Dashboard to monitor field team workload, schedule customer appointments for field technicians, and assign service tasks.

Time Tracking: Helpdesk agents and field technicians can now log time entries, document billable hours spent on tickets and service tasks from the Freshdesk iOS and Android apps.

Customer Signature: Field technicians can now obtain customer signatures via the Freshdesk mobile apps at the time of resolving a service task or work order.
