"Update a ticket" returns "Method Not Allowed"

Hi,


we have one problematic update ticket request with PUT method. We are using "Update a ticket" action. When the request is executed, "Freshdesk" API response is 405.


According to API documentation, PUT method is allowed: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#update_ticket


Please, could you provide an answer in which situations this action returns 405 status?

I found what happening, when ticket is deleted and moved to Trash, this message appears
