Update a ticket returns 405


we have one update ticket request with PUT method: https://<user>.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets/{ticketid}

When we execute request, API response is 405 "Method not allowed"

according to the documentation, https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#update_ticket

PUT method is allowed.

Why we getting this response?
