It would be useful to have an agent access report
It would help to manage agent accounts to have a report which indicated when they accessed the system.
This would help us determine whether we have the right agents on Occasional (Day Passes) and the right ones on Full-Time.

We don't have this on our roadmap at the moment, but we hear you. We'll work on enabling you to decide whether an agent needs to be classified as full-time or occasional.
