Ticket filter is not working with Custom Field

I need to get one particular ticket based on the custom field in the ticket field. The custom field type is "single-line text". 

I used my query as follows:


https://mydomain.freshdesk.com/api/v2/search/tickets?query="cf_idtest:'12345'"


also tried

https://mydomain.freshdesk.com/api/v2/search/tickets?query="cf_idtest:%2712345%27"  (with HEX of single quotes)


That value in query is available in a ticket.

But I am getting

I'm facing the same issue as well. Getting no results when querying on single line text custom field.

Can you try using the below https://domain.freshdesk.com/api/v2/search/tickets?query="custom_string:the_string_that_you_search" Please change only the below:

domain.freshdesk.com to your Freshdesk account URL the_string_that_you_search - the keyword Custom_string remains the same and need not be changed to the single-line field label.

Dear Vaishali,  You solution doesn't work!  Can you please test and update a solution for a custom text field.
