"Mint" ticket list still very slow on Safari / very high memory usage

See also: https://support.freshdesk.com/support/discussions/topics/322907. That topic got closed without a fix being made available. In order to keep bringing this to your attention I'm posting this again. Don't close this topic until a fix is deployed to production.

It is now almost 2 months since "Our team is working to enhance the performance of Freshdesk on Safari and very soon should be made much better.". I have yet to experience those improvements. Or does "very soon" mean more than 2 months?
