Field employees often need to travel and provide service in remote areas where network connectivity is not always guaranteed. That's why we are happy to announce Offline Availability for Freshdesk Field Service Management!
Field technicians can access upto 100 unresolved service tasks offline via Freshdesk's iOS and Android apps.
With offline availability, field technicians can also access service task information, view appointment details, call the customer or use the locate option to navigate to the service location.
