Emails Not sending

I am not able to send emails from Freshdesk.

The ticket notification and any replies I make to tickets are not being delivered.

Would love some help to figure out what I need to do to get this working.

I have this problem as well but I just set up my company email account with freshdesk. I was happily answering then thought I had better test this... oh deer.
