Ctrl+Alt+Enter shortcut isn't working as expected for replying and resolving email ticket.
Please see this example:
On the example up above I'm trying to use keyboard shortcuts to quickly reply and close ticket.
In this case, according to the keyboard shorcuts help, I could make use of Ctrl+Alt+Enter to do that.
And instead of pressing a single time from the message body, I have to press twice.
I do this:
Ctrl+Alt+Enter 2x then Down Arrow 2x and Enter.
The last enter isn't submitting the action to send and close ticket. I have to click with the cursor, as you could see in the video.
Please fix that. That's a really handy shortcut. I don't want to live without this.
