Force language setting contact based on helpdesk email address
We frequently have the problem when new customers send in their first email to our helpdesk they are not assigned the correct language (we use several languages and websites). This causes german customers from our german website to get english replies etc.
It would be a nice and simple feature if one could set the language per helpdesk email address, it should override the automatic assigning of the language based on content if it has been set.
Kundenservice@meingartenshop -> always german
Customerservice@gardens4you.co.uk -> always english
ServiceClient@jardinpourvous.com -> always french etc
Customers from a german webiste expect the customer service to be german, not english or french or dutch and vice versa.
