Freshdesk mail are going to spam

We are sending mails from Freshdesh Portal those mail are going to spam folder on recipient mail box.


When we checked the Message Header Seems your Freshworks IP Address  3.222.0.113  are blacklisted LASHBACK & UCEPROTECTL1
