Request for someone else via support portal
When an end user want to use The "Request for someone else" field in Service Requests in the Support Portal, they have to search via email addresses.
In my experience end users are unlikely to
know peoples email addresses - especially given that we have users with the same name so their email addresses are not obvious, meaning the ticket may be logged in the wrong persons name.
Please could this be changed to a more user friendly view of just searching using requester name like it does for the Agents?
