Zoho mail server is blacklisted from Freshdesks

I forward emails from my Zoho mail account to Freshdesks. Starting today, it looks like Freshdesk is blocking Zoho mail servers due to being blacklisted:

Technical details of the failure:
Your IP Address is blacklisted for spamming.

But checking email blacklists, the IP in question is not listed:


Can Freshdesk please remove the above IP from their blacklist so I can receive tickets again? TIA.
