curl GET request

Hi, I'm sending a basic GET request to Freshdesk API, but no matter the GET endpoint is, I get the same error (429). I've tried to log out of my agent account, still no change in the response.

Here's an example of my request:

curl -v -u myusername@mydomain.com:myPassword -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X GET 'https://dvkuwait.freshdesk.com/api/v2/tickets/2243'

And the response I'm getting:
