Power Automate connector - "Test connection failed. Details: You are not authorized to perform this action."
I am new to using FreshDesk, but familiar with using Power automate. I am trying to connect the two through the FreskDesk connector within Power automate, but I keep getting an error when I put in the required information. I know I am putting in the correct credentials, or at least the correct ones I use to login to FreshDesk.
The error I am seeing is:
"Test connection failed. Details: You are not authorized to perform this action."
I have attached an image of what the view looks like in Power automate. Has anyone else had this issue?
