How do I change who the email is sent from? 

At the moment customers will see this 

We would like it to be like this

We are using the free trial at the moment.

Hello Anders,

You could configure the support email by going to Admin >> Emails. By default, would be the support address during account creation. You could replace it with your actual support address and set up email forwarding for the same to convert the emails as tickets in your Freshdesk instance.
