Same happens here


After filling in the form and sending on https://domain.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new without loggin in, it redirects to:


https://domain.freshdesk.com/support/tickets with the error message "We're sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page. The ticket is not created...

We are having the same problem? What is going on Freshdesk?
